Direct registration can be done in the ground floor of Speciality clinic building in the NIMHANS OPD block for both new walk in patients and patients registered earlier at NIMHANS.
The Perinatal Psychiatric Services run only on Fridays from 9 am to 2 pm at the specility OPD block.

Most mothers can be helped as outpatients
If the consultants feel that a mother and infant require admission, they will be admitted to a Mother baby unit or a Special ward with perinatal psychiatry services.
